TMA has been giving recognition to 'deserving' or should i say to whom they choose for years in Houdegbe North American University Benin republic.
There is no specific rules or guide as to how these nominees nd winners emerge but all we know is that the awards are given out.
CHIC MAG is only concerned about 'who was there', 'who wore what', and 'what went down'.
Unfortunately there was no red carpet so we make do with the roaming cameras of our photographers.
